Family Practice Specialists inked a 10-year lease at the 4250 E. Camelback Rd. building in Phoenix under a deal with building owner, Camel Square LLC that gives the incoming tenant newer offices and an upscale location in the heart of the Camelback Corridor. "This gives them a very, very good presence with low occupancy costs," Devpal Gupta with Equis Corp.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com.
The building, part of a 293,796-sf office complex, rents for $18 per sf to $20 per sf and counts among its tenants Mountain View Family Practice and Arrow Surgical Associates.Gupta says Family Practice Specialists will move from 4319 N. 32nd St. where it has been located for 20 years. Still-to-come renovations will mean a November move-in.
