Located near sprawling Rock Creek Park in Dupont Circle, one of the District's few 24-hour neighborhoods, 1414 22nd St. is expected to reemerge as an upscale multifamily property designed by architectural firm Hickock, Warner, and Cox. Only the shell of the property, which features a coveted underground parking facility, will remain, as the interior will be completely demolished. Work is scheduled to get under way sometime this spring.
