David Young of NAI, who represented the buyer, reports that the three buildings are located at 7332-7338 Ethel Ave. and 13026 Raymer St. The investor has purchased the assets from G&E Properties in order to expand his aerospace products manufacturing business. The seller was represented by Bruce Simpson of Delphi Business Properties.
In the Inglewood transaction, a private investor has bought a 17,465-sf industrial building at 8729 Aviation Blvd. Ed Stiles of NAI Capital Commercial represented the buyer, who will be relocating from Rancho Dominguez and will occupy the concrete tilt-up industrial building for the distribution of imported products. Stiles describes the property as a state of the art building with dock-high loading and a strategic location near the Los Angeles International Airport. The buyer was represented by Peter Han of Venture Commercial.
