In the process, CBRE is shedding its former space at 61 South Paramus Rd., Paramus, NJ, as well as Insignia/ESG's former offices at Park 80 West Plaza I. The new offices are in a companion tower to Insignia/ESG's old offices.
"Its new design integrates all of our divisions and will foster teamwork," Patrick Murphy, CBRE's executive managing director for the tri-state suburban New York market. The company's Central New Jersey offices will shortly be combined as well. CBRE is exiting 70 South Wood Ave. in Iselin and moving staffers into the former Insignia/ESG offices at Two Tower Center in East Brunswick.
CBRE has a staff of about 200 in the Garden State, with about 120 of those working out of the firm's North Jersey office.
