The signing was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Joel Lubin and Charles Fern, executive vice presidents of Binswanger/Klatskin, based in Teterboro, NJ. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Romar is one of four tenants occupying the 467,000-sf facility, which has 32-foot clear ceiling heights and is located near the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and I-287. Heller Industrial Parks, based in this Middlesex County township, has a total portfolio of approximately14.5 million sf of industrial space.
