Located at 211 Russell Ave. in Montgomery County, Asbury Park View is currently an approximately 130,000-sf building that was developed back in 1985. The new residence, which will bear only the façade and bones of the original building, will also feature common rooms and a parking facility, all surrounded by a pond and acres of woodlands. The sprawling compound itself is dotted with tennis courts, putting greens, and acres of parcels holding various apartment and assisted living residences. Construction of Asbury Park View is scheduled to wrap up in mid-2005.
