The shopping center is located at Snelling Avenue and County Road C and is anchored by a Byerly's grocery store, Hirschfield's interiors stores, and a Walgreen's drug store.
The 158,700-sf grocery-anchored shopping center will be leased and managed by Welsh--Kris Schisel will work on leasing and Jerry Gillman will be in charge of managing. Madison Marquette Realty Services had recently managed the center.
The new center, along with other properties recently added to its portfolio, will bring to 25 million sf the property being leased and managed by the Welsh Cos.
