The attorney general's office, which occupies 112,000 sf on several floors, has signed on for an additional five years in the space, with the option to extend the contract for five more years. The NFL benefits organization has recommitted to its 11,000-sf space for a 10-year term. Both tenants have been at the building since its development in 1989. The US General Services Administration is also on the tenant roster, with 33,200 sf of space under a lease scheduled to expire in 2012. While the terms of the new lease agreements have not been disclosed, premiere office space in Baltimore's central business district goes for an average of $24.75 per sf, according to Delta Associates' Year End 2003 Report.
