Robert L. Wish, chairman and CEO of Mammoth, reports that Rotsheck will be responsible for design, development, entitlements, and construction management for all development projects. Wish notes that Rotsheck's commercial experience includes the design and supervision of office/commercial structures and large tenant improvement projects. He also has developed numerous single-family custom homes as a designer-owner-builder and also worked for a number of years for Centex Homes, overseeing the production of single-family subdivisions.
Mammoth Development Group is an entity of Mammoth Equities, which develops, acquires and manages multi-tenant office and industrial properties throughout the Southwestern United States. The firm, which plans $1 billion in acquisitions during 2004 through 2005, was founded in 1975 by Wish and has managed real estate investments for its clients and for its own account since then.
