Attorney Allen Hubsch of the law firm of Hogan & Hartson in Downtown Los Angeles, who represented Azteca, says the network expects to move into its new space, which is at 1139 Grand Central Ave., in about six months, following completion of tenant improvements. Azteca, which is one of the largest Spanish language networks, operates KAZA-TV Channel 54 in Los Angeles. The broadcaster, which is now occupying studio and office space in Glendale and other locations, will be expanding as well as relocating in the move.

Azteca's new space is in a building listed by Bill Puget and Andy Fiola of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the building owner in the lease transaction.
