Gary Weiss of Madison reports that United Kingdom-based MBDA, the anchor tenant in the 100,000-sf building, has renewed for the same amount of space as it has been occupying in its previous lease. The new lease begins at the expiration of the previous lease. Weiss represented MBDA, with building owner MBM represented in-house by John Khaki.

Weiss says MBDA's current location continues to serve its needs in terms of size and location. "Since the company expects to sustain its current momentum, we were able to make a long-term commitment and secure competitive rates," Weiss adds.

MBDA, with locations in Europe as well as the United States, is one of the defense industry's largest suppliers of missiles and missile systems, with 10,000 employees worldwide and annual revenue of approximately $2 billion.
