The two veteran brokers will "develop a full service menu of corporate advisory services, project leasing and investment sales," Trammell Crow says, noting that Solomon and Meyer join a TCC brokerage staff that has grown by more than half over the past year.
Solomon and Meyer, who is the president of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, will specialize in three areas of brokerage: landlord agency, investment sales, and tenant representation. The two have more than 45 years of combined experience in commercial real estate. Solomon has completed almost $2 billion in transaction volume over his career, specializing in the sale and leasing of office buildings and tenant/corporate representation in nearly 16 million sf. Meyer's commercial real estate experience includes leasing assignments for more than 28 institutional grade office building projects, the sale of over 50 acres of commercial land resulting in 4.5 million sf of new office and R&D development, and the sale of more than 30 office/R&D buildings totaling 3.5 million sf.
