The four-building project will include an underground parking garage. The 100,00-sf development will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each with a den. Units will range in size from 896 sf for a one-bedroom unit to 1,764-sf for penthouses. Unit prices start in the high $200,000s. The project will have controlled entries and three elevators.
Martin Design of Denver is designing the project using stucco walls and concrete tile roofs. All units have nine-foot ceilings. Amenities include a fitness center, a business center and common rooms.
Shaw Construction of Denver is the general contractor. Financing was provided by Key Bank of Denver.
Hudson Real Estate of Boulder will manage it. Grant Hoffman and Patti Lucas of RE/MAX Alliance of Boulder will market units. The first units will be completed in December.
