The locally based Tigerflow Systems Inc. has jumped into a makeover of 4034 Mint Way in the Redbird Industrial Park in South Dallas, Nathan Denton with Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com about a $1.1-million sale that closed with acquisition and rehab financing funded by a Tulsa, OK bank. The new owner is planning to occupy in about two months, relocating from a 37,620-sf building at 5450 Redbird Center Dr.
Denton represented the seller, US Can Co. of Lombard, IL, which used the location as a regional distribution hub until a year ago. The six-acre property was under contract a couple times, but "it just never came through for us," he says of a 38-year-old building with an assessment of nearly $1.5 million by the Dallas Central Appraisal District.
