Brandywine's western suburban portfolio encompasses approximately six million sf of office space in the King of Prussia, Malvern, and Exton, PA, and Wilmington, DE submarkets. Gerard Sweeney, president and CEO of Brandywine, says Ryder's appointment along with several other promotions and reassignments are part of the company's "commitment to continually strengthening our internal infrastructure."

In addition, Tim Martin, former director of financial analysis, was promoted to vice president of finance and chief accounting officer. This promotion follows the resignation of Bradley Harris as chief accounting officer, effective March 12.

Regina Sitler was promoted to vice president of operations for the northern suburbs. She reports to Phil Schenkel, former vice president of leasing for the Lehigh Valley region, who is now regional vice president for the northern suburbs, which include Reading, Harrisburg, Montgomery County, Conshohocken, and Bala Cynwyd in addition to the Lehigh Valley.

In more moves, K. Suzanne Stumpf was promoted to vice president of operations for Richmond and Charlottesville, VA properties. Daniel Palazzo was promoted to director of operations for the Bucks County, PA and New Jersey region and George Hasenecz was named vice president of investment services.

Meanwhile, Horsham, PA-based GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. promoted Gregory J. McManus and Conrad J. Suszynski to executive vice presidents of its newly formed Global Structuring and Distribution Group. The group is responsible for coordinating investor relations worldwide. McManus is located at headquarters and Suszynski is in the Denver office.
