$8M Financing Set for Flex Building

SECAUCUS, NJ-Cronheim Mortgage arranged the package for the local ownership of 600 Meadowlands Parkway, a 132,000-sf multi-tenant asset.

The asset is a two-story multi-tenant building that is currently fully leased. Its occupants include 14 industrial/flex, 14 office tenants and two retail tenants. The building is part of a Secaucus industrial market that totals just over 20 million sf in 142 buildings. The local vacancy rate is just under 10%, and the average triple net asking rent is just over $5.60 per sf, according to Stewart.
