GVA Williams Gets Assignment for 67,000 SF

John K. Cunningham, senior vice president, and Jamie Drummond, associate director in GVA Williams' Parsippany, NJ office are handling the assignment on behalf of Bergman Real Estate.

The space accounts for the third and fourth floors of the class A building, which is just off I-80 in northern New Jersey. Aetna is the lead tenant in the building, occupying a total of 43,000 sf. The available space is being marketed in blocks of 5,000 sf and up, according to Cunningham.
