While the Downtown deals add up to about 25,000 sf, they are in high-profile locations. For instance, Metropolitan Capital Bank has leased 7,700 sf at the landmark Tree Studios property at 9 E. Ontario St.
Rapidly-expanding Washington Mutual has staked out two more locations, leasing 4,083 sf at 311 S. Wacker Dr. as well as 4,000 sf at Three First National Plaza.
Meanwhile, LaSalle Bank took 6,004 sf at One Magnificent Mile, 980 N. Michigan Ave. And Harris Bank signed a 4,078-sf deal at River East Plaza.
