NCD projects include the Denver Newspaper Agency, which is planning an $80-million, 300,000-sf office tower for the Rocky Mountain News, Denver Post and DNA at Colfax Avenue and Broadway. It also is working with Denver-based Sage Hospitality Resources, Cimarex Energy Co. and Donor Alliance.

New additions for the firm, which specializes in commercial architecture and interior design include Jeff Frahm, a project designer and project architect; Launa Fujimoto, marketing assistant; and John Erickson, an architectural student intern.

The firm's principals have more than 75 years of combined architecture and design experience and together have been responsible for more than $4 billion in building projects. They have also earned more than 100 design awards while at other firms.
