The Muscarelle organization, which dates back to the 1920's, has developed, owned and managed more than 15 million sf of office, industrial, hotel and multifamily properties. Among its major projects are BMW's North American headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ and Hertz Corp.'s headquarters in Park Ridge, NJ.
