PORTLAND-With the 402,000-sf first phase of RCC II fully leased, the building is being expanded to 607,000 sf. Local brokers tell GlobeSt.com that the expansion likely wouldn't be occurring if there wasn't a tenant already in hand, as there is still half of RCC I to lease up.
