The event, at the Townsend Hotel, will begin with registration at 7:30 a.m. and conclude at 11:45 a.m.

In addition to Earley's comments, attendees will hear from a group of panelists who will speak about alternate utility supplier choices, directions in the utility business and the legal concerns of the utility business. Discussion will include utility deregulation and how it will affect commercial real estate operations.
