SSR Realty Advisors provides real estate investment management advisory services to pension plan sponsors and other institutional investors. The firm, which also has offices in San Francisco, Boston and Laguna Niguel, CA, currently has about $5.7 billion of assets under management for 90 institutional clients.

SSR's national portfolio covers the residential, office, industrial and retail sectors. In the residential sector, the firm focuses on class A and B properties in the 100- to 600-unit range, and in the office category the emphasis is on suburban properties of less than 10 years old.

For industrial, the focus is on bulk warehouses in major distribution markets, preferably multi-building packages within submarkets. Preferred retail properties are neighborhood and community shopping centers with grocery and drugstore anchors.
