According to Antonelli, the real estate company will relocate its Chester County office here from Lionville, PA, bringing approximately 50 sales and administrative employees. Chester County Land Transfer, a title company, is also located in the building, and Superior Mortgage, a branch of Superior Home Mortgage, will also locate in the building. Glen Mills, PA-based Ruggiero Development Group owns both Century 21 Alliance and Chester County Land Transfer.
The building has easy access to Rte. 113 near Exit 23 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Lieberman Earley offered the property at an asking rental rate of $19.75 per sf, plus electric, gas and janitorial services.
