Justin Gingeleskie, vice president of leasing, was the in-house rep for the property owner, the Gale Co. of Florham Park, NJ. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the owner's Web site lists the asking price for space in the building as $25.50 per sf. Built in 1988, 30 Waterview Blvd. is a four-story, 226,000-sf class A building.
