Carolina Wholesale is moving from neighboring Libertyville to Panattoni's Amhurst Lake Business Park, taking 65,320 sf in a spec building finished in December.
Meanwhile, graphic arts products manufacturer and distributor Baseline Corp. is staying in Gurnee for another six years, signing a 55,997-sf deal at 2001 Delany Rd., a property owned by Cloverleaf Group.
Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of CB Richard Ellis' Bannockburn office represented the Waukegan property owners, as well as Baseline Corp. in the Gurnee lease. Anne Dempsey joined Kroner and Puritz in representing Pannatoni.
John Sharpe of Lee and Associates represented Cloverleaf Group while Whit Heitman of Paine Wetzel represented Carolina Wholesale.
