The buyers and sellers of both properties were local investors, who were not identified.
Schwartz was solely responsible for the sale of the office building, a 20,000-sf, three-story office condominium located at 1945 Morris Ave. in Union, NJ. The structure of the deal involved all cash over a new first mortgage obtained by the buyer. Neither the buyer nor the seller was identified.
