Fameco Real Estate of Conshohocken, PA, Panera's exclusive rep in the region, arranged the two new leases. Panera Bread will occupy 4,566 sf at Middletown Center on Route 35 here, a 230,000-sf Vornado-owned shopping complex anchored by a Kohl's department store and a Stop & Shop supermarket. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Panera has also taken 4,800 sf at the new Howell Commons in Howell Twp., NJ. The 268,000-sf Benderson Development-owned complex is anchored by Kohl's, Linens 'n Things, TJ Maxx and Michaels.
Fameco's Mike Horne handled both transactions on behalf of the tenant.
