Construction of the eight-story Portrait Building is expected to wrap up early next year. Situated at 701 8th St. on a coveted corner parcel near the MCI Center in the city's East End area, the class A office facility will include ground-level retail space upon its completion. Thelen Reid will make its home on the top three floors, as well as on part of the fifth floor.

"Penn Quarter has also become a magnet for the legal profession with Venable LLP having recently relocated to Penn Quarter, and with Alston & Bird LLP having just signed a long-term lease for a new office there."
