W. Thurston Witt Jr. and Darrell Hernandez with United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks in Dallas brokered the land sale for the restaurant chain. John Terrell of Dallas-based Christon Co. handled talks for the seller.Witt tells GlobeSt.com that the Corpus Christi, TX-based restaurant chain has been pushing an expansion to add 15 sites per year. Even though there are 102 eateries in place in Dallas/Fort Worth, Witt says "we've got a lot of room to grow here."
Ground started moving as soon as the deed changed hands, marking the close of the second site bought this year. Witt says the new location will be ready to open in 90 days.
