Comerica Gets Seven Figures for Bill Knapp Assets

TROY, MI-Two former Bill Knapp restaurants have been sold, each for in excess of $1 million, by Comerica Bank. They were acquired by the bank in Bill Knapp's 2002 bankruptcy proceedings.

The properties had been acquired by Comerica pursuant to Bill Knapp's 2002 bankruptcy proceedings.

"Comerica has been a highly valued business partner of ours for over 40 years," Hayman says. "So, we are quite pleased to announce the successful sale of these two assets for Comerica."
