The additions give GVA Worldwide offices in 17 European nations. Roan Property Advisors sold more than 6.8 million sf during the past year, and counts Citibank, Credit Suisse, McDonald's and Vodafone among its clients. Based in Madrid, Roan Property Advisors has offices in seven other cities in Spain. Milan-based Redilco Group has five other offices in Italy.
"These new European partners provide our members with new resources to realize considerable additional market share," says GVA Worldwide chairman Michael Corbett.
The six other companies to partner with GVA Worldwide this year were US firms, including locally-based GVA Northern Realty.
