Buyer Jachts Distribution was represented in the transaction by Mark Sanders, executive vice president of Lerman Sanders Realty, based in Totowa, NJ. The sale marks the fourth separate transaction Lerman Sanders has concluded for the buyer over the past 10 years. Jachts will move into the facility from a 20,000-sf building located in Bloomfield, NJ, and use the new space for a combination of distribution and office purposes.
The seller was represented by Scott Deutschman of the Hasbrouck Heights, NJ-based real estate firm, SBWE. The deal's legal work was handled by attorney David Kessler of Clifton, NJ.
