Nathan Denton of the Dallas office of Henry S. Miller tells GlobeSt.com that the transaction is partly an owner-user purchase and partly an investment for Human Touch. Denton, who represented the sellers, explains that Human Touch will occupy about 3,000 sf to 4,000 sf of the building and will lease the rest to about 10 or 12 tenants.
The new Human touch headquarters building is located at 3727 Dilido Road. The new owner is expected to move into the building soon in a relocation from downtown Dallas, where Human Touch has been leasing space on a month-to-month basis. The company's new headquarters is a single-story, freestanding block building that was constructed in the 1960s. Human Touch was represented by J'shenea Beavers of the locally based Michaels Group.
