Bennett Collett, chairman of Florida Gaming Corp., bought the 20.5 acres and the three-story, eight-bedroom, 11,000-sf house in 1986 for under $1 million. He is offering to sell the residence and 3.5 acres for $1.8 million, brokers intimate with the transaction tell GlobeSt.com. But 17 of the 20.5 acres are zoned commercial and will be sold separately for $100,000 per acre, or a total $1.7 million.
Reynolds lived in the three-story house and in another North Carolina residence from 1980 to 1986, brokers tell GlobeSt.com. The Loganville property has a helicopter landing pad and maintenance area near the tennis courts.
