Most recently, vacancy stood at about 70% at 33 W. Monroe St., despite a 116,654-sf deal with Fireman's Fund Insurance Co.
The sale leaves Prime Group Realty Trust with five Downtown properties--Bank One Center at 131 S. Dearborn St., 77 W. Wacker Dr., 180 N. LaSalle St., IBM Plaza at 330 N. Wabash Ave. and 208 S. LaSalle St.
