Tile City Buys 9,110-SF Industrial Building

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-Grubb & Ellis brokers handle the deal between previous owner C.A.H. Co. to Tile City, Inc., which immediately moves into the space.

Grubb & Ellis team member Doreen Hicks of the industrial group, represented both parties in this transaction. Jon Savoy, senior vice president and director of industrial services, also represented the seller.
