The white-granite building at 200 E. Randolph St. is 92% leased, anchored by Aon Corp., which has a 544,623-sf deal through 2013. Deloitte and Touche, Kirkland & Ellis, DDB Needham and Jones Lang LaSalle also can be found on the tenant roster, although the building overlooking Millennium Park eventually will lose Deloitte & Touche to 111 S. Wacker Dr.
