The 62-employee GSBS team, with offices in Salt Lake City and North Richland Hills, now includes Greg Moe, who recently left Carter & Burgess Inc. as group manager of retail centers after a nine-year stint. Moe is designing a pair of retail centers in Houston for DKH Interests and simultaneously ramping up a plan to add a couple more professionals to the GSBS team in the near future.
Tom Batenhorst, GSBS principal and directo, tells GlobeSt.com that he approached Moe about joining the firm "to take what we're currently doing in retail to the next plateau on regional and national levels." He says the plan was seeded last year by the abundance of retail opportunities in Dallas/Fort Worth and Salt Lake City.
