Greg Nowell of the Sitar Group-Oncor International, along with the Baltimore office of Trammell Crow Co. represented the tenant in the transaction, while PRC, which is headquartered in nearby West Long Branch, NJ, was represented in-house. Further terms of the signing were not disclosed.
The PRC Business Centre is a three-building, 84,000-sf office campus. "Booz Allen had many alternatives but chose this location for its park-like setting and corporate accommodations," according to Brudner.
