Penn Mutual Signs Deal With Crescent

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO-The Horsham, PA-based company finds 18,725 sf at the Briargate Office Building, owned by Fort Worth, TX-based Crescent Real Estate Funding.

The building is owned by Crescent Real Estate Funding XII, L.P. Crescent is a Fort Worth, TX-based real estate investment trust.

Penn Mutual is based in Horsham, PA. Stan Kensinger of the Olive Real Estate Group in Colorado Springs represented the company in the transaction. Sierra Commercial Real Estate Inc represented Crescent.
