Keith Puritz of CB Richard Ellis' Bannockburn office was involved in all three Lake County lease deals. He represented Chicago-based Bond Street Associates, owner of the Lincolnshire property, along with Brett Kroner, in negotiations with Brian Liston and Patrick Shannon of Darwin Realty. Puritz, Kroner and Anne Dempsey represented North Chicago-based Coleman Cable in the deal with The Cloverleaf Group, which was represented by John Sharpe of Lee and Associates. The trio represented Biddeford Blankets in its lease with Cohen Financial, which also were represented by Darwin Realty's Liston and Shannon.
Just south of the county line, Puritz, Kroner and Ryan Bain represented NICL Labs in its 27,000-sf renegotiation of its lease at 306 ERA Dr. in Manulife's Sky Harbor Industrial Park in Northbrook.
