Owen Hane, a Cushman & Wakefield director, represented Ikon in negotiations with landlord, Kipp-Stawski, who was repped by CB Richard Ellis' Edward Goldman, executive vice president, Stacey Fabrikant, first vice president, and Derrick Ades, vice president. According to Hane, Ikon wanted a location that could address their specific needs and be in a certain geographic radius.

"They're close to their clients on the East Side and in the Plaza District, and because they entered the market well in advance of their lease expiration, they were able to capitalize on valuable market terms," Hane says.

Other tenants in the building include RF Binder Partners, Newman & Greenberg, Gratch & Jacobs and HSBC Bank.
