The 180,000-sf Ocean Heights Shopping Center is being developed by the Plymouth Meeting, PA-based Kramont Realty Trust. Slated for a phased opening beginning this summer and extending through the fall, the asset is located on Route 9, about 10 miles south of Atlantic City.

Staples, which is expected to open in the fall, will occupy a portion of the shopping center's 62,000-sf Building C. The ShopRite supermarket, which will open in late summer, will occupy all of the center's 80,734-sf Building B. Building A will encompass 8,000 sf of small shop retailers.

"Staples and ShopRite will make Ocean Heights a destination for retailers and consumers alike," says Michael Moss, vice president and director of leasing for Kramont.

A phase-two expansion of Ocean Heights Shopping Center is part of the site's long-term plan, according to Moss, with actual plans expected to be announced at some point in the future.
