Hudson Park Apartments also includes a 125,000-sf, 469-space parking garage. The garage is being leased on a long-term basis by Central Parking "and provides significant additional cash flow," according to the spokesperson.
The complex is being marketed on the basis of the proximity of this Hudson River waterfront city to New York City.
