Located on the eastern edge of the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood, the shopping center was created by redeveloping the former Hall Printing Co. buildings. It is anchored by a Menards home improvement store.
"This will be their first store within the Chicago City limits and we are sure they will be very successful," says Andy Witherell of Chicago-based Witherell Real Estate, who repsented Imperial Realty owners of Hall Plaza since 2001.
