Fiserv ISS is a consolidation of First Trust Corp. Lincoln Trust Co. and Resources Trust Co. The consolidation drove the need for expansion, resulting in a net growth to Downtown. Phil Ruschmeyer, Nathan Johnson and Bill Maher of Frederick Ross Company negotiated the lease on behalf of Fiserv ISS.
The trust companies represented under Fiserv ISS are collectively the nation's largest trustees of self-directed retirement plans, and currently administer more than 327,000 retirement and custodial accounts valued at $31.5 billion. Headquartered in Denver, Fiserv ISS is a division of Fiserv, Inc.
