In the largest transaction, Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. has signed on for a total of 144,444 sf on the second, third and fourth floors of Ivy's 194 Wood Avenue South, a 180,000-sf building in Iselin, NJ. The deal marks the conversion of a sublease into a direct lease for a five-year term, and will become effective once the sublease expires. Chase was represented by Seena Stein and Neil Goldmacher of Newmark Real Estate of NJ, while Ivy was repped in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, vice president of leasing.

In Somerset, NJ, meanwhile, McKesson Information Solutions has renewed its lease for six years for 42,125 sf at the four-story 220 Davidson Ave. McKesson was represented by David O'Sullivan, Casey Griffin and James Postell of the Trammell Crow Co., Florham Park, NJ, and Ivy was repped in-house by Marion Geddes, VP of leasing. With the signing, the building remains at 100% occupancy.

On behalf of its Trane Co. division, American Standard Inc. has also renewed its lease, this for 23,299 sf for a 10-year term at the one-story, 68,000-sf 4 Woodhollow Rd. in Parsippany, NJ. Sean Brady and Robert Sheehy of Trammell Crow represented American Standard, while Geddes once again negotiated for Ivy Equities.

Also at 4 Woodhollow Rd., Bancard Services Inc. has taken 10,608, sf for seven years in a new lease. Ken Flynn of Trammell Crow repped Bancard Services, and Jennings negotiated for Ivy in a transaction that brings the asset to 100% occupancy.

And at Plaza 9, a six-story, 111,000-sf building at 900 Route 9 North in Woodbridge, NJ, Albiez Insurance Agency Inc. has extended its lease for another four years and expanded its presence to a total of more than 24,500 sf on the buildings third and fourth floors. JC Giordano of the Staubach Cos., Murray Hill, NJ, negotiated for the tenant, and Geddes did the deal for Ivy.
