In the largest of the five signings, White Mountains Insurance Group, an insurance holding company, has taken 8,542 sf for a 10-year term. Adam Foster of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while CBRE's Mark Ravesloot and Mack-Cali's in-house director of development, Jane Greenblatt, repped the owner in this and the other four leases.

Also, New Vernon Capital LLC, an investment partnership, represented by Edmund Solarsh of CBRE, has taken 7,260 sf for a term of four years and nine months; and Abner, Herrman & Brock Inc., an asset management firm, has signed a new seven-year lease for 4,420 sf. Jennifer Paton and David DeMatteis of Cushman & Wakefield repped the tenant in the latter signing.

Finally, Circle Line-Statue of Liberty Ferry Inc., represented by Phillip Proetto of Colliers ABR, took 3,269 sf for a five-year term; and Experior Holdings Inc., a hedge fund repped by Charles Laginestra of CBRE, took 2,451 sf for five years.
