The owner has tapped Holliday Fenoglio Fowler as exclusive agent for the property. Senior managing directors Joe Morningstar and Glenn Whitmore and managing director Andrew Scandalios of the firm's New York City office are heading the sale effort. Senior managing director Jon Mikula and director Jim Cadranell of HFF's Edison, NJ office will handle the financing.

Completed in 1998, Keyport Plaza consists of a main, one-story building and two freestanding buildings on a nine-acre site at the junction of routes 35 and 36 in this Monmouth County community. Anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket, the property's other tenants include IHOP, the Office Restaurant and Ladies Workout Express.

"Keyport Plaza offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a recently built, highly visible shopping center in one of the country's most active retail markets," according to Mikula.
